Greetings!
I'm Kay, a developer, blogger, teacher, and author from Stuttgart, Germany. My preferred "pronouns" are kay/kay.
I create content about software development. Cloud computing, serverless technology, security, API development, and Web3!
My services include creating blog articles, books, documentation, and more.
Currently, I volunteer as editor-in-chief for the Developer DAO blog. A community for people all around the globe
who want to teach and learn about Web3.
I have over 15 years of experience as a developer and have written
hundreds of articles on various technical topics. My blog has over 15,000 followers
and half a million views.
Testimonials
Ofir Nachmani, CEO at IamOnDemand:
We've been collaborating with Kay since early 2020. During this time, he has
written dozens of articles for us on a wide variety of tech topics. His
technical expertise always shines through--he's even helped our clients debug
their products along the way! He is communicative, deadline-driven, flexible,
and extremely pleasant to work with--a true techie, writer, and a great guy.
One of My Editors
Your writing is amazing, particularly for someone whose first language is (I
assume) German. When I see that a job assigned to me was written by you, I
always breathe a huge sigh of relief! [...] You are extremely meticulous
about the small things that an editor needs to pay attention to [...] I
almost thought you might be a native English speaker because your writing is
so good and so colloquial.

There is a very long list of people who are doing #ServerlessGood and
contributing to the Serverless community. These people deserve recognition
for their efforts. So each week, I will mention someone whose recent
contribution really stood out to me. [...]
This week’s star is Kay Plößer [...] thank you for your prolific work in sharing, teaching, and
